This tool (electroplated diamond wheel) executes the finishing phase on all kind of material.
This phase plays a vital role in the slab’s working process to obtain an excellent final result.
This diamond tool is the bridge between the grinding phase and the polishing phase.
To realize this tool, we use a steel core with high tolerance, upon which we lay the extra-fine abrasive diamond powder through an electroplating process at high density.
The result is an extreme stiffness and an excellent finishing of the profile, preparing it for the following polishing phase.
