2009 MARMOMACC
Marmomacc has been, again this year, the most important event in the world dedicated to marble and stones closing the exhibition with more than 53 thousand visitors, of which 45% foreign (slightly increased) and more than 1,500 exhibitors (49% foreigners) from 54 countries.
We - of course - were there as usual with a booth completely renewed in design and concept by presenting the tradition "Oma System" with manual machines and tools, and the future "Xtra" with all our CNC manufacturing tools.
We are very pleased with the result particularly significant in light of the negative moment across the sector due to the global economic crisis. The change of dates of the event, with the elimination of Sunday, the traditional day of visiting family, allowed to further qualify the audience of mostly Italian and foreigners, registering an increase in business attendance.
Never as before we were interested in business contacts and we can safely say that this target has been achieved by a number of important contracts which have been signed with major retailers come from Russia, America and Europe, a sign that the most critical moment has passed!
